Lisa Prince is an attorney with Sacro & Walker LLP practicing general business litigation. She has defended corporations against allegations of breach of contract, trade secret theft, fraud, and unfair business practices. Ms. Prince has broad experience in all phases of litigation including drafting dispositive motions and responding to written discovery.
In addition to her legal experience, for five years, she served as Senior Project Manager for The Annenberg Retreat at Sunnylands, a private foundation that brings together world leaders to find policy solutions to global challenges.
Ms. Prince is admitted to practice before all California state courts, as well as before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Ms. Prince received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School. While in law school, she was a comment editor of the University of Chicago Legal Forum. Ms. Prince received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Brown University.
