Michael Houshmand Senior Associate

Michael Houshmand is an attorney with Sacro & Walker LLP practicing commercial business litigation with a focus on complex multi-party litigation in state and federal courts.  Mr. Houshmand has a wide range of experience in general civil litigation, copyright matters, real estate disputes and insurance coverage.  Mr. Houshmand also served as in-house counsel to a prominent construction company in San Diego.

Mr. Houshmand is admitted to practice before all California state courts, as well as before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Education

Mr. Houshmand obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Irvine and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.  While in law school Mr. Houshmand volunteered at the Income Tax Assistance Program and the Education Advocacy Project at the Disability Rights Legal Center.  Mr. Houshmand is conversant in Farsi.
