Edward (Eddie) Kelinsky has a diverse legal background, with experience in multiple areas of litigation, including personal injury, insurance defense, and real estate. He also has experience with commercial transactions and contract formation. Mr. Kelinsky has experience in state and federal courts, including the administrative courts of public utility commissions. Mr. Kelinsky is licensed to practice before all Oregon and Washington state courts.
Mr. Kelinsky earned his Juris Doctor from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark, where he graduated cum laude and had his note on transmission siting reform published by the Environmental Law Review. He received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Santa Clara University where he graduated cum laude and was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha.
