Megan Barker Of Counsel

Megan Barker is an attorney with Sacro & Walker LLP with a practice focusing on insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims. She has broad experience representing insurance carriers in breach of contract, bad faith, agent negligence, and declaratory relief actions. She provides both litigation and counseling services to address a broad range of issues facing insurance carriers, including first- and third-party coverage issues. As a part of her practice, Ms. Barker has successfully represented insurers in litigation involving complex personal and commercial liability claims, uninsured/underinsured motorist issues and bad faith claims, appearing before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.

Ms. Barker graduated from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (previously the University of California, Hastings College of the Law), where she earned her Juris Doctorate. She graduated from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science with a focus on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law.
